Long winded and overblown, it comes down to character assessment and they just decide if they like you or not. There were 3 stages to the interview and it took up so much time, it's a job in customer service, not GCHQ.

Sehr positive Gesprächsatmosphäre! Die Interviewer waren locker, zugänglich und gut vorbereitet. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass wirklich auf meine Antworten eingegangen wurde, anstatt nur einen Standard-Fragenkatalog abzuarbeiten. Ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt wertgeschätzt gefühlt.

Fairly intense, hard to adjust to zoom interviews, but an efficient method to decide that ultimately the role wasn't suitable for my particular skills.
Role plays, team tasks etc and 1 to one interviews.

Very easy and understandable interview. Used an online questionnaire and video interview. Also very good communication and quick response time. Setting up meetings and discovery day was also effortless. Not a stressful interview process.
