The interview process was very beneficial and tailored for the candidate to learn more about Octopus as well as for Octopus to learn about the candidate. It was in 3 stages: 1) initial chat with recruiter from instant impact 2) discovery day which involved team tasks, question and answer with Oxtopus and individual interview 3) final interview which involved typical interview questions and career aspirations
