Interview
The first part of the process was a brief screening call in which I was asked a series of questions to determine my suitability for the role.
From here I went into a video interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was to meet the head of the department to assess cultural fit.

Questions were centred around leadership and team development but it was an organic, flowing conversation each time rather than set questions. It felt very natural and relaxed.
