I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis in Feb 2016
Interview
First, I had to do a coding challenge. The challenge was a take-home, so you could do it at your own pace, which was nice. Afterwards, I had a phone interview and it was a behavioral interview. Finally, the last round was supposed to be on site, but I did not get to that round.
Good, smooth process without any inconvenience right from interview to offer letter process is smooth and transparent.Hr is also very supportive, hiring team is good. They took 2 technical rounds, one managerial round and then the HR discussion.
Typical interview with Hiring manager as a comntacter how do you support operations, • What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) you would monitor in an operational environment?
• How would you identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies within an operational process?
Smooth and nice. Competent people. Appreciate being there. But i would like to get to work there. Salary expectations very very low, And no benefits proposed. Not recommend at all
