I wasnot able to have a in-person 1:1 discussion with my hiring manager, just had a phone interview with the person.
One of the people interviewing me didnot see my CV in advance, instead skimmed over it in front of me.
Had an impression that people are quite aloof in the department and not that welcoming to a candidate

I had a HR interview first, then I was asked for an interview with hiring manager. After selected, I was asked to virtually talk to a number of team members.

The interview process was very positive, but I was informed by HR that the position was no longer being filled due to business needs, even after my references were contacted. It was disappointing given how far along the process had progressed
