Northside Hospital New Grad interview questions

HR called first to schedule a phone interview --> asked why northside, why med-surg, top 3 areas and why Then scheduled a panel interview with about 9 people in the room - each manager from different med-surg floors. Each person took turn asking questions one at a time. Before the interview there was a breakfast meet and greet with the managers and presentation.
