Northside Hospital interview questions

I got an email stating to download an app called “Signal” and reach out to a person, which I did. Interviewed with him, answered all this questions , was asked at the end if I was willing to undergo background check etc. I said yes. Today I reached back out to ask if there has been an update since he said he would relay our interview to the team, and his name changed on the app. Not sure what to do from here.
