Very easy to talk and get to know the hiring manager. Looks like a beautiful place to work with friendly co-workers. Ask questions about strengths/weakness, what do you expect from this company, and expected pay.

Email coordination with HR to set up a phone interview with direct supervisors of the nutrition department. The phone interview was relaxed with general interview questions that pertained to the job. Following the phone interview, it was difficult to coordinate further with HR.
