Submitted application online, HR contacted me about 3 months later. Initially scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager and the team, but only talked on the phone for about 10 minutes because the "quality was bad, could not hear you clearly". Invited to the onsite interview. It was an hour with the hiring manager and the team. Focused on behavioral questions. They were trying to fill couple clinical data analyst positions since the amount of work is growing rapidly, but the hiring process is extremely slow. The hiring manager did not seem very approachable. Followed up with the HR and the team three times after the onsite interview. Was told by HR that I should be hearing back within a week. It has been two weeks and heard nothing, which is unprofessional.
