The interview process was a great experience! Didn't ask about my background or experience, but the interview was very successful. I did take a little tour around the Emergency Department and met some of the staff.
They asked easy questions, very professional and upfront about job and expectations. Also was a virtual interview. Not hard at all. Still waiting to hear back from it and it’s been almost 2 weeks.

Applied received an email for interview it was a panel interview. 4 leaders and their energy was very positive and they were so transparent . I was very surprised by the answer when I asked what type of employee they were looking for

It was easy if you have studied the position you are trying to get hired for. Also if you learn about the hospital and use that as well you’re get the job
