Der Ablauf war langsam und chaotisch.
Im Allgemeinen finde ich Fragen an den Bewerber zu Programmierung und die Erwartung, dass der Befragte alles auswendig weiß, nicht sehr inspirierend. Eine Beurteilung des Talents ist so nicht möglich, es sei denn zu Programmierarbeiten ohne Zukunft. Die Stellenbeschreibung deckte sich nicht mit den im Interview besprochenen Themen.
