J'ai passé un entretien chez Nokia Nozay. Le processus a pris 5 jours.
Premier entretien avec le recruteur externe via skype, puis second entretien avec la RH et le manager et réponse favorable le lendemain. Réception de la proposition d'embauche après 2 jours. Vous n'avez pas vraiment la possibilité de renégocier fortement le salaire. Très souvent il vous propose le salaire que vous avez dit avoir à votre poste d'avant.
