You go to the headquarters where you have a test in Java, along with other people. The questions where easy to answer with basic university knowledge. Afterwards if you did well on the test you get interviewed. I got the offer but declined because the package was not attractive and they required you to be there for one year, with no possibility of hiring you or changing your position, and all that for a basic wage.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nokia (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2014

There was a panel of 4 people who interviewed me, and 2 people at each time. And they asked mix of technical and behavior questions. They are very friendly and tried to guide me to give them the answers.
