The first step is the pen and paper exam conducted at our school where you get to choose between C++ or Java. After passing that and maybe 2 months of waiting time I had to take an on-site technical exam. It took them an additional 2 months to contact me after that technical exam to tell me that I passed but by then I had already accepted an offer from somewhere else.
I applied in the beginning of January. In the middle of January, I've received a phone call from them, and agreed to fill an online coding test by Monday next week.
I've finished it (97%), but never received a callback. A few weeks later a recruiter from them added me on LinkedIn, asking for a phone number to tell me about their opportunities.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nokia (Chennai) in Mar 2019
