Write a program to multiply a number with another number without using +,-,/,* operator

In technical 1 on nd on it was from basics of communication, our area of interest and they asked questions regarding projects,nd they gave scenarios and checked who i could handle them.technical 2was also very similar to tht of tech1.then in hr they asked me abt my final year project nd about nothing much.(note:all the subject related questions were very basic).
