I would say it was a conversation, rather than a classic interview process. It was comfortable to communicate with both interviewers (Partners of the company). Mainly it was a behavioral interview and situational questions. Some of them were challenging, but we have discussions with my interviewers. In my case, I had two stages of the interview, but it was expected. This also allowed me to understand the company better.
