The interview process was long, tedious and unnecessary. I had 6 interviews + a take-home assignment over the course of a month and a half. It should not take this long to decide on a candidate. My advice is to streamline your recruiting processes - it was mentally draining to go through the process and I would not recommend anyone applying to Netskope until things changed. Having all of these interviews, and waiting for up to a week for a response over and over again is unacceptable. I was lucky enough to finally be told I did not get a job, but it seems others weren't as lucky. Do better, Netskope.
