Sent my CV, asked to attend for interview. Easily able to arrange interview. Attended - there were multiple applicants. Took around 40 minutes to complete. They asked multiple competency quenstions
You first need to apply online for the post (lengthy form). Then if you are shortlisted, you need to confirm the slot you like. The interview was straightforward and engaging. There were three people who took turns asking questions. They documented everything I said but were very professional.
