NHS Project Manager interview questions

Formal, structured questions, good cop, bad cop style of interview panel of 3, STAR approach works well, about 40 minutes, with additional 10 minute presentation and questions. No opportunity to build after finishing answer. Outcome within 8 hours.

Submitted an online application and was shortlisted for interview stage. Had to deliver presentation and competency based interview. 7 questions in total. Quick response on outcome (within 1.5 weeks). Panel were very welcoming and friendly.
