The process can be quite lengthy as all the relevant checks need to be completed. That said interviews are conducted in a friendly and relaxed way, putting you at ease.

First it is required to do fill in the application form which includes your employment history, education, references and most importantly a supporting statement. Then, there is an assessment if you are successfully shortlisted, if successful in the assessment, you are then invited for an interview.
