An online interview held on teams with a board of 2 staff members. Interview consisted of a couple of questions about myself and then questions about the basics of housekeeping such as cross contamination etc. Following job acceptance, I had an in person training day at a different hospital, shadowing a staff member, then returned to my original hospital to resume work there.
