Everyone was kind and friendly. The interview felt more like an informal chat. Asked around 4 questions. I was interviewed by 3 people which was a little daunting but like I said everyone was lovely and one of the people was there to take notes of answers.

Asked me what my hobbies and interests were and asked questions tailored to the role i.e how would you handle 4 clinics running, someone coming to the desk to ask for help and the phone ringing.

The interview process was Well organised. The questions were Thorough and the expectations were clear. You could tell that they cared about the patients and wanted to make sure they recruited the best people for the job.
