NHS interview questions

I was a locum BMS (employed by Reed Agency) at Hammersmith Hospital, Dept of Microbiology at the time (2005). Just applied for the permanent vacancy because I liked the workplace an people. Interview was conducted by 2 lab-managers and one Senior BMS.

Submitted application form with detailed person specification then was short-listed for interview had to give presentation on social marketing and create a brand for the service showing the process I had gone through to arrive at the end result. Panel was friendly and welcoming.
