Interview
It was mainly answering questions about your own motivations to join the department. There were also questions that asked you to demonstrate your understanding of the Trust's core values and previous experience e.g. 'can you name three of the Trust's values?' Short reasoning and arithmetic tests asking what you would do in everyday office scenarios, and putting reference numbers in order respectively.

There was a short test in the beginning about priortising workload and ordering things in numeric and alphabetical order. The rest of the interview was short and simple in terms of the questions. Relating to past experience, why you want to do the apprenticeship, relevant skills and what you know of the department.
