Quick and easy, asked mostly questions about working in a team and had a mini attention to detail assessment in which you had to sort test tubes according to the patient details and match cards with the patient details to them

What are the nhs values and how do you align with them
Usually 2 or 3 interviewers. A few general questions like tell about yourself. Then more specific questions about skills, experience etc. The interviews were different in different places. Always expect a question about equality and diversity.

Interview
Received an invitation for a Remote Interview which went well, the managers were friendly. Then got invited for a test to sort out patient forms and look for any mismatch as well as to test data entry skills and job was offered after via phone call (within a week)
