It was quick and simple. The Interview and paperwork was pretty simple and easy going. After initial Application filling the shortlisting was done and interview consisted of two rounds which were done on the same day which saved candidates time and travel.

A short 15 minute interview, a few screening questions, then a discussion about which role I would be best suited for and some admin stuff like taking a photo for a key card.

Was simple asked questions about my interests and character was too far away to volunteer was given a booklet to look at careers in the NHS so interview was good and the interviewer was a nice woman
lists of questions, who you are what you study and what brings you into the field of medicine/caretaking. 1 on 1 - must complete safety fire hazards, background check and proof of residence.
