Interview
The interview process was easy to navigate.
First round was a assessment, mostly verbal and psychometry.
I cleared the round and reached video interview round with some interesting questions like challenges and steps to overcome in a workplace.
The next round was virtual assessment center which I did not make it to.

How will you manage the difficulty of the programme? Why have you applied? What do you know about the NHS?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at NHS in Jan 2023
Interview
Competency based questions online, Recorded video interview, online interview assessment day. Took place over space of 3 months ish, received offer just over 2 months after final interview. Interviewers were good and everything on the day was clear.
