it was an internal hire and fairly sraight forward
The interview questions entail 3 Clinical stations and detailed questions about the CV.
One may be an ethical station with real life scenario.
One may be evaluation of communication skills.
Well publicised scoring mechanism. This gives you a good idea of where you stand. Complete clinical exam ahead of time then an interview with a panel of three people running through clinical scenarios.
