Face to face interview and excel test followed by a written organisational and reasoning test. Very straight forward and the two managers interviewing me were very friendly. Received a phone call a few hours later saying the position was mine

Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
