Interview
Online tests - Judgement tests, personality tests, numerical test etc.
You have to pass each test before progression to the next, and after completing the final online test, if successful you are invited to complete the video interview for which you have 10 days to complete from the date of invitation.
Video interview - 2 minutes thinking time for each question, 2 minutes speaking time for around 9 questions. You are given two practice questions - one will not be seen and is to check connection/voice and video quality and the other is seen by but not reviewed.

It was a very good experience. All the interview stages were really creative and helpful. I am satisfied by the whole process. Especially the assessment center was really productive and well organized.

Interview
I had to complete an application, followed by online tests. The online tests weren't too hard and the numerical reasoning was pretty simple. This was followed by a video interview which was pretty long and fairly hard.
