I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Bath, Inglaterra) in Feb 2017
Interview
I had to type a voice note from a doctor, previously recorded. this was to test my typing speed for audio transcribing. Then, two people asked me questions about past experience and the role on offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How I'd deal w a difficult patient or member of their family - what I would do to calm them down, and what I'd do if they remained angry for a prolonged time. Why I'm applying, effectively "Why the NHS?". What approach would I take towards patients' data. They left this vague to see if I knew about data protection.
The NHS admin interview process usually includes questions about previous administrative experience, communication skills, confidentiality, teamwork, and handling patient information. Candidates may also be asked scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving, organisation, and ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
