3 small tests, one on windows making a time table for a service user going on a trip, one supporting a customer to make a cup of coffee and then clean up and one answering questions
Need to be prepared for case discussion and role play but generally good experience. Worth thinking about a couple of anonymous cases to discuss to give examples of experience if you prepare you will be fine

It was a good interview with good manager. The questions were related to past experience and what brought to the job. They were open and the interview was not hard.
