Applied to a job ad. Got contacted by the NHS for a first interview. I went through a first stage interview but declined any further interview opportunity. First stage was technical/previous work. Further stages were about team fit.

Questions were pretty standard, focused around previous work delivered, approach to research and management of resources as well as examples of challenges faced and how they were tackled.
