NHS GMTS Trainee interview questions

Relatively painless, but dynamic. It was like an assment day but shorter and online. It involved group discussions, reasoning as to decisions. Other section involved one to one talks where you had a case study and then talked about what you would do. There was a traditional interview process also.

The application process takes about 5-6 months overall. It includes online tests, a video interview (pre recorded questions) and then a half day assessment centre which takes place online. Overall a more enjoyable experience than most interview processes.
