NHS Administrator interview questions

The atmosphere was incredibly awkward. The interview started late. It was very rushed and I felt like they were going through the motions. They seemed to have no interest me at all.

Very easy and straightforward. My interviewers started out with a question about myself and my background to get to know me. Started out by giving them an overview of my then current position and activities, then provided the most important and relevant highlights from my background that made me most qualified for the role.
