NHS Administrative Assistant interview questions

A panel of two people asking 3 questions each related to previous experiences, ability to use a telephone in a professional setting and the whole process took about 15 minutes

The NHS interview process includes shortlisting based on your application, followed by a 30–45 minute panel interview with competency and knowledge-based questions. Some roles may include a short admin test. You’ll be assessed on communication, organisation, RTT knowledge, and patient care understanding. Results follow within a few days.
