I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MuleSoft in May 2018
Interview
The interview process from start to finish was very well coordinated by the recruiting team at Mulesoft (now Salesforce) and they kept me constantly updated every step of the way. Special mention to David who ensured I was prepped well prior to each interview and I felt like he was looking out for my interests as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience and glad to report that I accepted the offer and am now a proud Muley!

Question 1
- A lot of emphasis on API-led connectivity, Application network
- Hands-on troubleshooting exercise, prototype development
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I wanted to let you know about my experience with MuleSoft recruiting, it was really very negative, the team wasted my 3 months with over 10 interviews to tell me in the end that i am not the right fit. The process is completely broken and if the feedback at any stage is not positive why did the team moved ahead and wasted time and tested patience. This is something similar what others have experienced at glass door. I understand that being a good company and hiring the best talent is your goal but the process should be smooth, transparent and fair. I was asked to provide references as my final round was completed and after that there was a u turn that left me surprised and embarrassed in front of my referrals. Thanks!

Question 1
Questions about API Let connectivity and their white papers, Hands on exercise and some troubleshooting questions with onsite presentation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft
Interview
Interview process is very detailed . 4-5 rounds. Onsite presentation etc.
You need to be well prepared for all interviews as they ask fairly deep questions about your experience.
Recruiters and Coordinators are friendly, helpful and very organized. Interviewers are generally nice, courteous and thorough
There are a few issues though.
- After the interviews are done...their process is completely broken as they HAVE to do reference checks even before giving offer. This is totally unacceptable.
- They are so picky about hiring that their teams are constantly interviewing.
- All offers seem to go to the CEO who takes a call and even if all the grueling interviews have gone well for you. The CEO can reject a candidates who he has not even spoken to. It sounds funny but that's what is happening.
I hear that company is being acquired....so if you get an offer pl. understand the risks before accepting it.
