I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Given Salesforce is the parent company, I expected the candidate experience to be good, it was beyond poor. Recruiter missed the initial phone interview. She did not apologize. Had to follow up with her to get it re-scheduled along with the subsequent interviews. Several of the interview panelists appeared to be texting back and forth during the panel interview. Leadership team lacks diversity.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
Consisted of 3 interviews (screening, panel, interview w/ director). Everyone was great to talk with and there was transparency throughout the entire process. My recruiter really went above and beyond throughout each stage of the interviews. She provided many resources and helped with interview prep.
