Interview
First round was a phone screen with a VP, approx 20 min, mainly asked about my past experiences. Then 3 days later I was invited to the superday. The superday contains 2 rounds, 30 min each. The first round was with an AVP and the second round was with an AVP and a MD. The interview questions were mainly behavioral questions and few technical questions asking about fixed income and securities. The interviewers were super nice. Received offer call 5 days after the superday.

Interview
I interviewed for the MIS Research team intern and it was a positive experience. They told me what their expectations were, I went over some projects I had done & what languages I knew. Moreover, they asked me to talk about projects I had done which were not on my resume. Always make sure to convey your skills through when you're explaining your projects to them and go step by step. It also helps when you mention the specific modules you used and for what.
