Interview
The interview was very straightforward. Mostly behavioral questions about prior experience and interest. There were two rounds, 30 mins each. All the interviewers were very friendly and explained the internship as a learning experience.
The interview process involved three steps:
Phone call with HR to understand role and expectations.
Case study: data analysis to complete.
Final call with a broader team: knowledge and attitudinal questions.
