For the first round phone screening, you have to fill in a survey for your availability. Because I had an exploding offer, I asked for a timely update and they accommodated. Overall, great process

Applied with recruiter and next day phone screen interview request received. Phone interview was basic question about past experience and skills. Second Skype interview request came in 2 days, cleared that as well. questions was about past technical skills, and knowledge. next interview will be technical coding.
