Interview
CV taken from job portal and one round of telephonic inter view. Inter view was easy and questions we're asked related to current work profile. After the inter view offer was made on the same day
Interviews were conducted via zoom. HR was very efficient in scheduling the interviews. Interviewers extremely friendly and genuine. Speaks a lot about the culture. HR was very proactive in providing feedback received from interviewers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (New York, NY) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward. Two phone screens -- one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager.
Then, there was a skills review.
From there, I went on-site for four 30-minute interviews with key stakeholders and the hiring manager again.
But after all that, they GHOSTED me. I never heard back at all. Unbelievable!
