I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (Hong Kong) in Apr 2014
Interview
Was invited by HR to their Super Day along with 5 other candidates
Interview was organised as an intensive round-the-robin 1 on 1 between each analyst and candidate
Interview questions from analysts were varied;
Some were relatively laid back and just asked basic finance/hypothetical questions - others were extremely hard core and asked very technical accounting questions.

Question 1
The interview took 3.5 h. I spent almost the 3 first hours doing a test and written exercise. It was a bit tricky but not very complicated. However it was exhausting. After the test I interviewed with the responsibles of the department. All the interview was in English and they were quite easygoing. They made me some technical questions (i.e. main ratios considered when analyzing a company). The rest of the interview was focused on me and my cv.
