The overall process is way too lengthy.
The candidates barely interact with anyone after submitting their resumes. You're invited to a video interview with myinterview.com, which means you're not interacting with anyone but talking with yourself. For a product position, this is far from the reality of interacting with stakeholders (and being confident to sell your ideas).
While I understand the need to screen the candidate efficiently, I must admit that the process made me lose interest in the company. Everything feels too automated and I just wished to talk to someone who valued my profile.
