Microsoft Systems Engineer interview questions

There are a codility online judge test, two technical interviews, one interview with manager, and one system design interview. It last three months since I apply to the opening. The technical interviews are not hard, but you need good conversation with interviews.

It was a contracting Position in Microsoft through TCS. Phone and skype interview. Mainly asked about windows system engineering process and Web administration. Processor and process id, iis pool and log file reading application set up version of IIS and sql issue like deadlocks, latches wait time overs and difference between truncate and delete statements
