Microsoft Student Developer interview questions

The interview process felt a little bit strange to me. I wasn’t sure based on what they call for an interview. Some of my friends did get an interview despite having a very similar resume.

applied through the website. they returned to me after about 2 months and scheduled a video interview with a recruiter from England (not where I live). the interview was 30 minutes and included very dull questions, nothing specific to me or my resume. the interviewer was very nice, but no one updated me after until 3 weeks later when i decided to ask them, then i was told i'm rejected.
