The interview process was a coding interview, where you have to solve a couple of problems given to you while the interviewer observes. It was quite awkward and didn't really promote a positive environment or experience simply because there was no interaction- even if you think out loud to detail your process, you are met with silence.

I had one codility with 3 question - I was 6 month ago and more practice (style leetcode) is needed.
First question was easy, second and third med - med high.

Interview
There are several interviews but you need to pass each one to go to the next one. The first interview is about your background in software engineering. I didnt pass this first interview. They asked a few questions about why microsoft, what I did in college, preferred languages and several questions like this. They also asked me a puzzle question and 3 code questions to do in an hour outside of the interview.
