Ask about projects on resume. Ask all details about the experiences. Then asking one coding question. Then let me ask him questions. Can know feedback immediately. The coding is easy, but previous part is very hard.
There were several tests/ interviews in one day: the first was a coding exercise, the second was a technical interview with two problems, and the third was an HR interview.
