it starts with a medium-level Codility test, then an HR interview on skype which asks a few logical questions, then 2 technical interviews which start with 10min talks and then "leet-code" style questions, and then a final interview which I haven't taken yet.

It was great. They really asked a lot of tough questions. I cant imagine a more fun interview. This was the best time of my entire life. I would interview here a million more times.
one HR interview, the 2 coding interviews that if passed successfully, you get one last interview with the crew manager which will also be a coding interview where he also explains more about the job
