first stage - homework assignment, leetcode easy and medium level. second stage - 30 minutes HR phonecall. asked about my studies and some courses I took. third stage - a full day of technical interviews on Zoom.

The whole interview process contains one online assessment and one phone call with hr and two round final interviews with the software engineer. Each round contains behavioral questions and technical questions.

The interview selection process was rather haphazard, lacking a discernible and structured approach. It seemed that candidates were chosen without a well-defined set of qualifications or criteria. Furthermore, the interview questions were surprisingly straightforward and didn't adequately assess the depth of a candidate's knowledge or skills, possibly leading to candidates being underutilized or not fully evaluated.
